High command of MS Applications ( Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Knowledge of Hotel Software or Property Management Systems ( RMS, OPERA, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Excellent decision making and leadership skills

Must be very well organized with great attention to detail

Fluent in English & Vietnamese, both oral and written

Full understanding of all curent Vietnamese labour laws and other employment related laws and regulations

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field required

3 years of human resource management experience with day to day HR operations in an up-scale (4/5 Star) Hospitality environment
