Mô tả công việc

Monitor cost and work ò F&B Division towards maximization of revenue.
Directs the division according to prescribed F&B operational policies. Endorses changes and improvements in operations and policies to the General Manager.
Develops appropriate training programs for both service and kitchen segments. Analyzes the effectiveness of these programs.
Regularly inspects the entire kitchen area as well as F&B front of the house area to ensure brand standards are met.
Ensures strict compliance to food safety management program.
Evaluates guest comment/ feedbacks and addresses the situation towards product and service development.
Conceptualizes F&B promotions and festival with the help of the Executive Chef and Other related departments. Coordinates with Sales and Marketing and MARCOMM?PR Departments in offering these promotions considering time, season and Important occasion.
Checks regular F&B operating inventories on coordination with Steward Team Leader, outlet heads, cost controller and other personnel involved.
Performs such other related functions as may be assigned by the GM from time to time.

Education

•General education related to hospitality, on higher management level.

Experience

• At least ten (10) years experience in Food and Beverage.

• Knowledgeable and with strong background in Kitchen operation. At least 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity with strong organizational skills.
