1. Welcome guests in the most professional, friendly and polite way
2. Manage the primary telephone operating system, redirect particular phone calls to others related individuals, departments as requested.
3. Give guests feedback with necessary information
4. Supervise reception area to ensure the neatness, cleanliness and professionalism
5. Receive any incoming documents and reallocate to other related individuals, departments
6. Manage stationery and sanitation appliances, including the receiving from suppliers and the internal redistribution
7. keep track of progress, occupied schedule for meeting rooms
8. Ensure the frequent sufficiency of items and equipment in the meeting rooms every time they are in use
9. Co-ordinate with sanitation workers to ensure meeting rooms clean and ready for the coming meeting sessions
10. Process the payment of administrative statistics: monthly telephone, meals and parking, taxi report…

1. College or University Degree in Business Administration
2. At least 01 year experiences in Hospitality industry.
3. At least 01 year of supervisory experience
