Training Assistant

TRAINING

• Assess training needs for new and existing employees
• Coordinate and organize the scheduling of training, including liaison with internal subject matter experts, training providers, venue coordination, training materials preparation, sending out of joining instructions and course evaluation management
• Develop, implement and deliver training programs for varying levels of individuals
• Develop, Implement, Administer and Maintain a Training Management System
• Manage training materials stipulated by regulations.
• Research training suppliers and materials as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelines
• Order supplies for training and training department as needed.
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
• Track and report on training outcomes
• Provide feedback to program participants and management
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
• Maintain employee training records
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Keep current on training design and methodology

EVENTS & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

• Manage internal communication events including Notice board, Lotte one spirit fan page, Newsletter
• Contribute content to internal communication channels
• Mainly in charge of Monthly newsletter
• Generally in charge of internal events for staff
• Implement PR activities to promote events
• Perform other HR-related duties as being assigned
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with associates

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Training, Hotel management, Administration, or related fields.

• Experience: 1 year or more in Training/Human resources/Hotel or Hospitality

• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs.

• Working experience in event organization, plan and execution

• Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, basic Photoshop, Proshow Gold, or similar programs required

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work smart in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to think proactively and plan and execute resourcefully

• Self-motivated, creative and flexible in thinking. Must be able to understand various cultural elements.
