Finance and Administration Duties:
- Ensure analysis administrative data is correct, from which to make the management report to higher management.
- Based on each department’s KPIs, provide specific analysis result of the each department performance and propose suggestion to the higher management level.
- Periodically and irregularly reports, analyze the hotel's business results (including hotel revenue and expenses), provide recommendations to the general manager in order to ensure optimal operating results.
- Ensure the Accounting and Finance department's operating budget complies with the rights policy/limits, whereby the costs must be controlled and approved in the right process.
Accounting Duties:
- Ensure that the Finance - Accounting department of the hotel complies with the process of accounting standard; and compliance with Hyatt’s Accounting Standard.
- Support the DOF in accounting reports in relation to Hyatt Area, and government agencies; ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

- Candidate has strong knowledge in financial analysis and management skills, analyzing and making management reports.
- Ability to manage and control finance department, and ability to analyzes the scope of work, responsibilities of each specific individual.
- Good communicate skills with all hotel’s departments.
- System compliance thinking/mindset: ensure proper operation of Hyatt's operating and management system.
- Strong background in accounting skills.
- Excellent financial analysis mindset.
- Good financial techniques to generate reports on expenses, cash flows, analyze data and reports
- Good presentation skill in scientific reports, experience in cross-checking data.
- Sensitivity to data, critical thinking, analysis
- Strong analytical skills to identify issue and provide recommendation and solution
- Highly motivated, self-driven and result orientated
- Embrace a fast-changing and competitive environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management position.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced time management skills
