Mô tả công việc

- Ensures the smooth running of the service on all of these tables

- Under the authority of the butler and after the order has been taken by the latter, the head waiter serves at the table and clears away helped by clerks

- When setting up tables, he checks that nothing is missing

- He must be perfectly familiar with the menu and the dishes in order to be able to answer customers' questions

- Knows, masters all presentation and cutting techniques, even buckling

- Ensures customer satisfaction

- Make the bill and collect their payment

Income: from EUR 700 Net monthly (after tax);
Transportation & Accommodation: All expenses on flights, transportation, accommodation, visa, etc. will be taken care of by us;
Health Insurance: Full contribution social insurance and a private international healthcare package;
Working hours: 35 - 39 hours per week;
Annual leaves: 25 full paid leaves per year;
Bonus salary: One-month bonus salary in December;
Extra pay: 125% for the first 8 hours overtime and 150% for the rest;
Contact point: Vietnamese supporting from both sides (Vietnam and France);

Team manager
Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, as needed
Ability to use numerical control tools
Able to work well under pressure
More than a year of experience as a waiter / waitress
High school diploma or equivalent
Knows, masters all presentation and cutting techniques, even buckling
