Mô tả công việc

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Recruitment :

- Work with department managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.

- Prepare job descriptions and recruitment advertisement.

- Release job postings on diverse platforms, such as social media and job boards

- Work with recruitment agencies/sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find qualified candidates.

- Build up HR network, Industries network and analyze the suitable channels for recruitment strategies.

- Screen resumes and manage testing, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process to assisting with final offer negotiation.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools;

- Maintain a database of candidate records.

- Follow up on interview process status and update records.

2. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

- University graduation.

- Fluent English

- Having at least 3 years recruitment experience. Prefer in retail industry

- Familiarity with social media and professional networks

- Excellent communication, event organizing, time management, negotiation

- Fast-learner, hardworking, integrity, service minded

- knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
