RESPONSIBILITIES—GENERAL

• Develop the objectives and strategies to address the human capital needs of the VET by EHL centre

• Prepare annual overall budget for human resources

• Develop and implement proper procedures in the VET by EHL centre for:

1. Recruitment

2. Induction

3. Compensation

4. Evaluation

5. Training & Career development

• Advise on the development of work culture within the VET by EHL centre and assist in maintaining this culture

• Create and maintain within the operations department a work culture of professionalism, client orientation, entrepreneurship and empowerment

• Implement and maintain a HR information system, if necessary.

Professional experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources

• Management experiences
