REPORTING LINE
Direct: General Director
Subordinates: All Academy and Training Hotel Operational Team
RESPONSIBILITIES—GENERAL
Assists the Academy General Director in implementing the brand and hotel strategy, in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability for the Rooms and Food & Beverage departments.
Has operational managerial responsibility for all the positions in his or her remit; ensures the team's talents are developed.
Is responsible for providing innovation and renewal in the Academy and hotel's service offer.
Have to make sure that the Academy and hotel is compliant with all VET by EHL and Academy brand standards.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
Conveys the Academy spirit to students and guests by playing a "hands-on" role in the academy and hotel, embodying sociability and proximity.
Ensures that team organization remains flexible and ready to meet customer needs.
PROFESSIONAL TECHNIQUES/PRODUCTION:
Ensures quality in the provision of the Academy and all Hotel services, by implementing reference guides for those departments.
Ensures that sub-contractor agreements are aligned with the quality and profitability targets under his/her responsibility.
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND CROSS - DEPARTMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Conveys the Academy spirit to students and employees through his/her management style based on proximity, sociability and cross-divisional working methods.
Ensures these principles are passed on by employees, between each other and to students and guests.
Ensures employees develop their skills to the highest level possible and provides guidance as they progress through their careers.
COMMERCIAL/ SALES
Instils a sales mindset to employees through continuous stimulation (up-selling, incentives, challenges...)
Provides suggestions for the Admission, Marketing and Sales team concerning all available promotions and offers.
MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
Improves team organization while ensuring an appropriate structure and numbers of students and talents.
Sets sales and expenses budgets for his/her area of responsibility with the guidance of the General Director and Chief Accountant. Follows them up and ensures corrective actions as necessary. Ensures procedures are implemented and duly applied as required.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Passion for Training and to develop the students and the Industry.
3-5 year experience on the same or similar position.
Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
Excellent communication skills and good relationships with students and partners.
Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.
Leadership and well organized.
IT skills: good in Microsoft office.
