1. Extend warm welcome to all guests at the entrance and lobby. Assist all guests by opening, closing car doors and /or carry their luggage at the entrance area.

2. Escort guests to the Reception counter and assist them with belongings.

3. Accompany guests to the assigned room and brief them on apartment facilities.

4. Introduce and cross sells wherever possible on the complex facilities, ex: type of restaurants and fitness center and operation hours. Brief overview of places of interest in the local areas.

5. Provide Information and Transportation services to all guests, including bookings on restaurants, airlines and tours, etc.

6. Deliver guest message promptly to the room. Deliver newspapers, run errands, assist in knocking on guest room doors for unanswered wake – up calls and room change / transfers.

7. Assist Reception team during busy check - in and check - out time.

8. Perform check out for guest, carries guest luggage down to the Lobby and direct guests to Cashier.

9. Perform any other duties related to Concierge or Guest Services directed by Management.

1. At least one year experience in a similar role in Concierge or equivalent in high volume serviced apartment building or hotels..

2. Diploma in Hotel Management or related to Guest services, and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of Opera system.

4. Good command of English and Vietnamese.

5. Excellent physical health.
