Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for recruitment: Posting the recruitment advertisement as approval, screen CV, arrange interview, inform result and document for new-hiring

- Responsible for monthly timesheet checking: check time-in/out of all staffs, verify and complete the monthly timesheet report, prepare all payment for benefit/compensation of staffs for payroll process, control overtime request and clearance for all staffs

- Responsible for Social, Health, Unemployment insurance: new-hiring, resignation, Sick/Maternity and other SHUI benefit for all staffs

- Follow and process all internal benefit for all staffs

- Process the paperwork and settlement for resignation staffs

- Prepare monthly report relates to Human Resources, Recruitment, Trade Union,…

- Perform other reasonable tasks as required by HR Executive

- Salary: 7.000.000 – 10.000.000 VND

- Incentive bonus based revenue: 2.000.000 - 5.000.000 VND

- Working office hours, 5 days/week, off Saturday & Sunday

- At least one year experience at the same position

- Multiple job tasks handling skill

- Must be organized and able to manage time

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

- Fluently English skills
