Mô tả công việc

You connect with guests when they are on-board of the catamaran and aim to create a feeling of exclusivity for them.
You coach the team in personalizing the service processes for different guest types, resulting in memorable experiences on each catamaran tour.
You empower the team to look for opportunities to positively surprise guests through small or large gestures and acts of kindness.
You are knowledgable about Phu Quoc Island and can explain guests about the different areas, with a focus on the places visited during day and sunset tours.
Your responsibility on-board of the catamaran includes lifeguard duties, for which you will participate in a training organised by the resort.
You are confident on-board of the catamaran and you are an excellent swimmer who feels comfortable surrounded by the sea.
You are pro-active in supporting your F&B service colleagues and you do not mind working in other areas of the department if requested by the management.
You stay calm in case of unexpected situations on-board, caused by external factors such as; bad weather, strong wind or rough sea. You will coordinate with the captain to ensure all people on board are safe and that everyone remains calm.
You work with the kitchen team and communicate clearly during service to ensure a smooth operation for you and your team..
You hold a daily briefing for the catamaran team and ensure that everyone knows important guest information and their role in the daily operation.
You are responsibile for inventory on-board of the catamaran, this includes food & beverage items and alos required operating equipment.
Supervise shift closing and cash flow recording through the Point of Sale, this includes reviewing POS‘s daily sales reports and cash collection at the end of the day.

Other benefits

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field
Experience in engaging and coaching team members
Prefer candidate with at least 1-year of service in the five-star hotel and cruise at the same position
Possess the customer service-oriented mindset
Can work in rotated shifts
Fluent in English is a must
Can swim and assist in the lifeguard process when needed
