MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organize and manage the reception counter with tact and diplomacy.
2. Check on appearance, discipline and efficiency of Guest Service: Guest Service officers, club house attendants, and drivers
3. Responsible for the daily operations at the reception counter.
4. Prompt and courteous service at all times.
5. Communicate with other sections of the Guest Service and other departments in the company to have business runs smoothly
6. Supervise and co-ordinate all activities at the reception counter.
7. Ensure security measures are taken in the handing of key-cards and guest information in the computer system
8. Checking of registration cards and control.
9. Handling of Cash Advance or cash received upon check-out.
10. To keep strict control on the operations of the computer systems and peripherals.
11. To improve on guest service standards through on going communication from the guests to employees, to managers.
12. Responsible for the equipment and tidiness at the Counter
13. Responsible for maintaining a complete and up-to-date reservations filling system
14. Training staff on the specific areas that need to be improved
15. To perform any other duties as required by the GS Manager or the Management.
16. The employee must be in line with ISO 14000.
17. The employee also follow the Ascott Management: EHS (Environment – Health – Safety) Roles & Responsibilities

Yêu cầu công việc
College degree
At least 3 year relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
Must be PC knowledgeable
Possess good public relations and presentation skills
Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
