Quản lý Nhà hàng (Restaurant Manager) (làm việc tại Dubai sau Tết)

- Coordinate daily Front of the House operation;

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction;

- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints;

- Organize and supervise shifts;

- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity;

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations;

- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it;

- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices;

- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain excellent restaurant operations.

Chúng tôi phỏng vấn tuyển dụng trực tiếp tại Vietnam/ Dubai, ứng viên không mất bất kì khoản chi phí môi giới tuyển dụng nào.

+ Mức lương, trợ cấp và TIPs tương đương 30 TR VND/tháng, nhận lương hàng tháng;

+ Tuần làm việc 6 ngày, 1 năm nghỉ 21 ngày phép.

+ Hợp đồng 2 năm, có gia hạn.

+ Làm đủ 2 năm được tài trợ vé khứ hồi về Việt Nam;

+ Bao chỗ ở, bữa ăn trong giờ làm việc, bảo hiểm, vé máy bay, visa lao động 2 năm tại Dubai;

- At least 2 year working experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role;

- Proven customer service experience as a manager;

- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff;

- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills;

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced restaurant management to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.

- ID/ CIC, resident book, Passport, Health check certificate;

- Diploma, Certificate and labor contract is being preferred.
