Mô tả công việc

GENERAL MISSION:

• Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs are fulfilled

• Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the General Manager or Branch Director as required

• To prepare respective schedules and reports; to take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings as required by the General Manager

• Performs other related duties and special projects as required by the General Manager both within and outside the hotel.

• Level of Education Associate

• Areas of study Hospitality Management

• Experience of executive secretary to GM is preferred

• Languages essential Vietnamese & English

Essential and optional requirements:

• Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communications skills

• Pre-opening hotel experience is essential
