Conducts all activities for residents such as: city orientation, birthday's celebration; assist marketing dept to conduct residents' party, farewell and other events as required
Prepare welcome letter for LSGs and Resident's activities calendar a day to the guest 's arrival
Follows up on their feedback to ensure all residents and guests are settled in smoothly.
Conducts regular courtesy calls to find -out residents' needs and expectations and quarterly resident survey

Fresh graduates from the hospitality University & Foreign Language is encouraged to apply
Experience in customer care and event organizing preferred
Excellent verbal and written English
Effective Communicator; Good at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Independent, high sense of integrity, problem solving.
