Communicate effectively with Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
Train and supervise junior staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Other duties as assigned
