Prepare and monitor staff labor contract, staff movement, promotion, etc. and related documents
Monitor the monthly staff attendant, monthly payroll for all hotel fulltime and part-time staff
Monitor and do necessary process/reports related to social/medical & unemployment insurance for hotel staff
Monitor and do necessary process/reports on visa, work permit related to expatriate staff work in the hotel
Manage staff entitles leave days
Assist HRM in establishment of Human Resources Policies and monitor the implementation in hotel.
Assist HRM in maintain and develop Human Resources P&P, SOP, Hotel Organization Chart, HR forms etc. to ensure they are matching the updated laws and regulation and hotel situations
Prepare HR monthly report to hotel management.
Monitor the personel filing systems
