Mô tả công việc

Update & maintain staff data (soft ware & hard copy).
Plan and execute recruitment as per requirements
Promote recruitment activities such as: career fair, internship etc
Process employment procedures for new hires and existing staff
Conduct orientation for new hires
Administer employee’s award and disciplinary issues
Labor relation: labor contract, termination, transfer, commendation…
Handle administration of staff leave and benefits
Manage payroll process and administration
1Take charge of administration of staff social securities (statutory contribution: social, medical & unemployment insurance)
Prepare related reports
Support and perform Training & Development and Staff activities
Perform any other duties as and when delegated.
Work location: 699 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Hanoi

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written English
Effective Communicator; Good at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Meticulous, Organized, Polite, Approachable, Attentive.
