1/OVERALL DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY:

- Responsible for all culinary activities for the restaurant;

- Oversee all activities in the kitchen including main kitchen, banquet kitchen, butcher, cold kitchen, pastry kitchen, Italian kitchen;

- Train personnel, plan menus, oversee product purchasing and manage culinary budget.

2/ SCOPE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personnel & Organizational management

• Health, Safety, Cleanliness and Sanitation

• Customer Service

• Cost Budget Loss and Profit

• Management of Facility, Utility, Equipment and Tableware

• Maintenance and Management of Kitchen Facility and Environment

• Miscellaneous

- Salary: Negotiable (80,000-100,000USD (included 13th salary) – Fully-paid in the probation)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Opened for both Vietnamese and Westerners

- Degree & Certificate: Bachelor (preferred)

- Language: English (advanced), Korean (big plus)

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position at Italian Restaurant – 5-star hotel

- Professional skills of communication, management

- Good network in the field

- Leadership, responsible, flexible, honest, confidential, and social
