Operation Manager (F&B)

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Manager/Director, driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration.
2. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
3. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
4. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
5. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
6. A representative for Special Events, working each special event
7. Budget controller for the restaurant, creating a professional relationship with all suppliers
8. Maintain the team member performance and development at the superior level - grooming 'good' to 'great' and achieve the targeted team member satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales & catering, marketing and banquet teams to maximize the business results.
9. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
10. Manage and monitor expenditure associated with catering equipment repair, manage the asset register and assist in budget setting each year for the department
11. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
12. Other jobs as required by business development

Requirements:

1. You have 10 years of experience in the F&B industry and you are completely confident in your ability and fully responsible to the Board of Directors for F&B activities with high service standards.
