Mô tả công việc

• Organize and prepare the complimentary activities and have all materials set up as per standards.

• Complete relevant forms in accordance with resort procedures.

• Collect sustainability-related data from respective departments and make relevant reports.

• Coordinate with the Finance team and supervise suppliers for monthly scraps pick up.

• Daily check the garbage room to ensure hygiene standards and garbage separation is carried out properly by all departments.

• Organize sustainability projects as assigned by management.

• Assist in engagement with the local community on a regular basis.

• Be a key member in the resort's turtle release activity.

• Create sustainability content and pictures for a marketing team.

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to support marketing campaigns.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum one year of experience in similar positions.
Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.
Excellent command of English communication skills
Ability to wake up early at 5am.
