Mô tả công việc

I. SCOPE OF THE ROLE

- Role service scope: Avana in Hanoi, Vietnam

- Strategic or operational level: Individual Contributor

II. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

- To achieve sales target assigned by SM & DOS.

- To follow strictly working processes to maintain the excellent relationship with assigned clients

- Cooperate with other departments to solve all the trouble arising to ensure clients’ and travelers’ satisfaction

III. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY / DUTIES

Main tasks

Manage and work directly with clients following sales procedure

- Take care direct and cooperate clients for Avana Retreat (Vietnamese, Expats and foreigners) to meet a clients’ expectations and satisfy clients’ demands according to Avana standards. Sources of clients:

+ Fanpage Avana Retreat

+ Email

+ Hotline

- Do the proper follow up on every request sent to clients

- To be expert of Avana Retreat by learning about the Retreat, its operation and all departments.

- To promote and up-sales all Avana Retreat’s product to clients & regularly remind them about Avana’s productions

- Prepare Contracts for Direct and Cooperate clients when the deals are confirmed.

- Weekly and Monthly basic report & analysis of the conversion rate of each client from each sources.

- Work closely with the Other Department to solve problems arising on the spot as well as reply to client’s complaints (with the mentoring of SM, DOS)

- Customer services for Foreign guests (Direct and Cooperate)

- To Support Sales & Reservation team on other taskes when required (admin, back up work, TO/TA…)

2. Other Tasks

- Attend weekly Team meeting

- Join inspection and business trips

- Attend training courses to improve skills as well as work performance

- Actively take part in evaluation process of the department and the Company

IV. JOB COMMUNICATION

1. Reports

- Update Weekly report and Monthly report, following up to number of requests from assigned clients.

- Inform the Sales Manager & Director of Sales immediately about unusual or irregular happenings (less requests, no more new requests, troubles, etc.)

2. Internal communication

- Communicate with Seniors and Officers of the following departments:

 Front Office Department

 Food & Beverage Department

 Marketing Department

 House-keeping Department

 Spa Department

 General Manager

3. External communication

- Suppliers (event planner, transportation…)

- Travel Agents and Tour Operators (when needed)

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Competency

- Fluent in English language

- Solid understanding on sales processes

- Good knowledge of clients: Production spirit & requirements & clients’ expectations

- Capacity to convince / close a deal

- Good knowledge of Avana Retreat

- Evaluate the situation with each client

- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and strong-decision making skills

- Strong communication skills (verbal and writing)

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and priorities work

- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive

2. Education

- University: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Management or other related majors
