To assist in preparing for all internal activities in hotel such as Training day, Staff Quarter Meeting, Birthday, Staff party...

To assist in scheduling interviews for potential candidates

To assist in arrange belonging for new comers/casual/trainees before they start working such as (uniform, lockers, shoes, nametag, ect)

To assist in maintain and update staff’s Locker, check and follow up Nametag order and replacement;

To assist in preparing employee's birthday lists, employees of the month..., and other activities of the hotel and department

To assist in all administration job and paperwork and do all tasks requested by your supervisor/ manager

- Negotiated salary (per day/ paid monthly)

- 05 working days from Mon to Fri | 02 days-off per week

- Staff duty meal & uniform are provided by Hotel

- Free motorbike parking

- Opportunity to learn in Human Resource and administration field

- Studying final year or freshly graduate from Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel field

- Good-to-excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Able to use simple design tools such as Canva and other tools of editing photos, videos ...

- Good-to-excellent English communication and writing skill

- Attention to detail, Well-organized, Friendly and active.
