Sales Executive

A people person with great personality who’s eager to offer the customers the best deals on offer.

• Be responsible for the execution and achievement of daily/weekly & monthly target.

• Make daily sales visits and tele sales to customers;

• Respond and follow up all requests on time;

• To undertake daily prospecting of clients with a view to sell the available banqueting facilities;

• To co-ordinate with the Executive Chef regarding the menu and its pricing;

• To prepare proposals, contract and submit daily report via intranet as well;

• To ensure function order accuracy and payment paid;

• Coordinate and check all the events with other departments (F&B, Kitchen, AV, Security…) to make sure the events run smoothly;

• Well-handle guest complaints if any;

• Submit weekly sales call plan;

• Maintain all existing key accounts, expanding contacts, key accounts, update the customer database & submit monthly report;

• Attend and welcome FAM, site‐inspection group, in‐house events or networking events in town;

• Assist SM with business plan and budget preparation;

• Together with team to develop products and services of Press Club.

• Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree; major in Sales & Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality preferable;

• At least 2-years related experience in sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience;

• Ambitious and willing to put in extra efforts to meet challenges;

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages;

• Have great service-minded attitude;

• Good command of English, both written and verbal, due to the constant contact with clients. Fluency in other languages would be beneficial;

• Computer proficiency;

• Must have an existing network loyal corporate, institutional and organizational accounts;

• Team spirit, resulted oriented, proactive & honestly;

• Able to work outside working hours/ weekend.
