Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for implementing the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction.

Lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.

Oversee performance of sales associates of different levels with specific responsibilities for recruitment and selection, orientation and training, motivating and coaching, development as well counselling and discipline .

Be updated on the hospitality industry, market trends, customers, competitors, etc. for development of new sales and marketing strategies.

Involve in the development and execution of annual business plan, ensuring sales activities are aligned with the hotel marketing strategies and hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate by critically examining and adjusting as deemed necessary by current market conditions.

Develop annual sales department budget and execute the sales programs and activities within it.

Identify hotel’s business sources (group, individual), establish and administer solicitation programs to maximize sales to achieve groups/ FIT room night goals and allocate the resources to develop relationship with them.

Maintain accurate forecasting for all groups/FIT segments and identify valley periods for sales emphasis.

Manage key accounts/ market/ geographical segments assigned while being responsible for achieving the team and individual sales targets (room and catering revenue).

In conjunction with the director of sales and marketing and other department heads, maximize rooms’ inventory and catering space, identify opportunities for focused sales programs.

And other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required skills –

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Perfectly bilingual English and Vietnamese in both written and spoken

• Self-motivated, highly energetic

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Customer service mindset and strong result-oriented disposition

• Able to source business proactively, build relationships with decision makers, including senior executives of companies

• Knowledge of hospitality industry, current market trend, economic factors, corporate/ wholesales key accounts and seasons.

• Proven records of corporate and wholesales strategy development, sales achievements and guest satisfaction

• Creative, well organized, willing to work under high pressure

• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-point and Opera system)

• Excellent team leadership and management skills

Qualifications –

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field.
