•  Ensuring the company's human resource needs meet the demand of a long-term talent strategy.
  
•  Developing and implementing the sourcing strategies to build the pipeline of potential candidates.
•  Attending the events/conferences/workshops/job fairs,…
•  Identifying, planning & using the online recruiting sources, external research providers, internal referrals, and internal data to identify & recruiting the top talent.
•  Creating and implementing the candidate recruitment processes to ensure a positive experience.
•  Planning the interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interviews.
•  Building the relationships with hiring managers to ensure candidate/interviewer expectations are clear.
•  Consulting with the Human Resources Director and the related parties to select the most suitable candidates.
•  Storing the records of all documents used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with the main related parties.
•  Reporting the work progress and results to Human Resources Director weekly or when required.
•  Performing other tasks assigned by superiors.

•  At least 1 year of working experience in IT Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment or Headhunt.
•  Graduated from College/University with majors such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Work, ...
•  Familiarity with social networks, CV databases, and professional networks.
•  Strong interviewing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•  Dynamic, independent, responsible, logical thinking.
•  Fluent English communication is an advantage.
