Mô tả công việc

• Assists in the detection and organisation of legally required or other face-to-face training, coordinating all the documentation required to obtain any applicable grants or subsidies.
• Detect training needs and makes official requests to the Cluster HR manager.
• Promotes the use of E-melia and ensures compliance with mandatory training.
• Supports the implementation of the hotel annual training plan and coordinates invitations, documentation, organisation and other needs to ensure their success.
• Ensures correct communication with Employees/Service Leaders prior to their arrival together with their hierarchical superior. Ensures that all onboarding processes are correctly implemented (welcome emails, pre-arrival, welcome kit, E-melia training, identification of the Meliá Buddy).
• Supports in the organisation of induction sessions for new employees, coordinating with the teams their attendance and regular performance.
• Implements development plans for employees/Service Leaders.
• Talent mapping: ensures the regular entry of data into the database.
• Monitors L&D KPIs
• Actively contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of the Training and Development strategy of the hotel.
• Prepares the annual training plan and budget to submit to Cluster HRM and Cluster GM.
• Analyses training needs of the department by running the monthly meeting with departmental trainers.
• Elaborates monthly training calendar which is based on the training needs of the departments and the guest feedbacks.
• Works closely with Guest Experience Manager to have a prompt action of the guest feedbacks.
• Ensures the training sessions are regularly and professionally conducted, including and not limited orientation, general training, skill training topics, simulation programs and language classes.
• Ensures compulsory training courses by the government are conducted on time such aid First aid, Fire Safety & Prevention, Food Hygiene Standard, etc.…
• Coordinates with requisitioning departments in the training of employees following the Hotel’s standards, policies and procedures. Assists staff in the skills development and evaluation of their training.
• Conducts departmental skills audits at least 2 times/month/department and sends the report to Cluster HRM.
• Keeps a set of SOP and P&P of each department in HR department. Ensures new employees are well trained of SOP and P&P of his/her department
• Reviews and establishes effective business relationships with external training suppliers for the implementation of training strategy in accordance with business requirements of the hotel.
• List of all trainees under training sections and manages the attendance records which will be verified by Cluster Human Resources Manager. Ensures that the training sessions are kept strictly disciplined.
• Copy of Training Attendance Record and Training Evaluation Form must be kept in training folder at the end of each training.
• Collects the departmental training report of each department on a monthly basis.
• Provides Cluster Human Resources Manager all monthly summaries and statistics related to training by latest the 30th of every month.
• The feedback on trainees’ performance focus on scores and the trainees’ attention on the relevant key points of each stage of training to be verified by Cluster Human Resources Manager before submitting to the respective Departments.
• Promotes and facilitate cross training, job rotation, and multi skilling.
• All the training matters to be kept strictly confidential.
• Keeps up a proper training documents and materials.
• Prepares all the training schedules and set up classes as discussed with all concerned Departments Heads. Training schedules to be submitted to Cluster Human Resources Manager.
• Keeps the training environment as closely as possible to the work environment.
• Ensure cleanliness of classrooms and training areas.
Administration:
• Coordinates with HR Coordinator to welcome new comers.
• Briefs new comers the general rules & regulations of the hotel: grooming, canteen, locker.
• Maintains the Training Task List of each position.
• Take lead in organizing any social and staff activities in the hotel.
• Ensures Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures
• Creates training SOP and P&P
• Arranges the schedules and lists of staff conducting the Employee Satisfaction Survey on which dimension general score to be made by Cluster Human Resources Manager and Cluster General Manager before mailing to Melia Hotels International
• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
• Perform other duties assigned by Cluster HRM from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

  1. Education & Tranining:University Degree in Administration / English
  2. Language: Good level of English
  3. Specific knowledge: Training Skills, Soft Skills, Basic Training Courses for hotel staff
  4. 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
