- Match delivery slips with purchase orders to ensure that the specifications, quantities and prices on the delivery slips match with those on the purchase orders

- Check quality and quantity of delivered goods with specifications and quantities on the delivery slips

- Arrange delivery of received goods to the storeroom or to the requesting department.

- Prepare daily receiving reports and forward the reports to the Accounting Department

- Ensuring all storerooms are in order and secured at all times.

- Ensuring that all received goods are stored to their assigned location.

- Maintaining monthly physical inventories.

- Maintaining supplies according to company standards on maximum/minimum par level.

- Ensuring that all requisitions are fully completed and checked before issuing goods to the respective departments.

- Maintaining cleanliness of storerooms, fridge, freezers, receiving area, floors, walls, and office area.

- Arranging goods in stores in the rule “FIRST IN, FIRST OUT” in order to avoid goods to be expired due to slow movement.

- Checking the expired date of all goods receiving and goods in stores; Inform the stored items nearly expired to Director of Finance to find a solution for these items; Co-operate with Purchasing team to exchange nearly expired items to suppliers.

- Updating stock cards daily.

- In preparing fixed assets register, compile the following basic information, to the extent possible, and design a logical and organized summary as in:

o Asset serial number (asset, location, class and group code)

o Quantity

o Description of the asset (size, color, material, etc.) and/or asset photograph.

o Asset type (table, cabinet, bed, lamp, etc.)

o Manufacturer’s model, serial number and brand, if any.

o Asset classification (i.e. guest room furniture, office furniture, telephone system, etc.)

o Annual depreciation rate

o Purchase cost

o Department user of asset

o Location of asset

- Carrying out physical counts of inventories, tools, equipment’s and fixed assets at the end of the month as required.

- Perform other jobs assigned by the management
