Mô tả công việc

- Supervise Front Office activities

- Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Assist the Duty Manager in maintaining regular and effective communication both to the Reception team and the relevant sections

- Familiar with all hotel services/features. Ensures that all associates follow the Hotel standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

- Synergies Communication with and within hotel departments

Yêu cầu công việc

'- Minimum 2 years experience at the same position in Luxury or Upscale hotel

- Opera PMS & MS Office Literate

- Able to work independently and decision making

- Guest Experience Centric

- Adaptable and flexible
