1. To frequently patrol the external and internal areas of the serviced apartment from the top to the basement to ensure the security, fire, safety of the occupants.

Thường xuyên tuần tra các khu vực bên ngoài và bên trong của căn hộ dịch vụ từ tầng thượng đến tầng hầm để bảo đảm an ninh, chữa cháy, an toàn của những người cư trú.

2. Monitors the movement of employees and other person throughout the serviced apartment, giving special attention to plant rooms, storage areas.

Kiểm soát việc di chuyển của nhân viên công ty và người khác trong suốt căn hộ dịch vụ, cho đặc biệt chú ý đến các phòng máy, các khu vực kho.

3. To be conversant with all fire and emergency procedures of the serviced apartment. And when an emergency does occur, assist staff, Police, Fire Brigade and other essential services in the implementation of these procedures.

Có hiểu biết về tất cả các quy trình cháy nổ và khẩn cấp của căn hộ dịch vụ. Và khi tình trạng khẩn cấp xảy ra, hỗ trợ cán bộ, công an, cứu hỏa và dịch vụ thiết yếu khác trong việc thực hiện các thủ tục

4. Monitors any suspicious characters in the Serviced Apartment and alert the Security Supervisor/Manager when necessary.

Kiểm soát bất kỳ nhân vật khả nghi trong căn hộ dịch vụ và cảnh báo cho Giám sát an ninh/Quản lý khi cần thiết

5. To daily check the Key Control Book and report to Security Supervisor any discrepancies as regards operational keys.

Kiểm tra hàng ngày các Sổ kiểm soát chìa khóa và báo cáo giám sát an ninh bất kỳ sự khác biệt liên quan

6. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
