-Position summary statement:

To assist Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP in organizing and controlling all food preparations and culinary activities of the Chinese Kitchen, whenever or wherever assigned, to agreed standards and in line with profit margins.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Follow set up and break down procedure that was set by the kitchen management

( Nghiêm túc thực hiện đúng công việc như tổ trưởng đã giao)

- Follow safety and energy conservation procedure.

( Tuân thủ theo quy định về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh môi trường)

- Perform any reasonable request made or management which is not life threatening or against the law.

( Thực hiện các chỉ thị của cấp trên)

- To use all foods preparation in good order. ( Luôn chế biến thực phẩm 1 cách hợp lí nhất)

- Maintain food cost by ensuring that proper preparation, inventory, requisition, and control system are in place in all food operation areas.

- Joining all Hotel training courses (Tham gia đầy đủ các lớp huấn luyện của khách sạn)

- To enforce operational Standards that are reviewed periodically and then updated and improved.

(Nghiêm chỉnh làm việc theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn, luôn học hỏi để tiến bộ)

• Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.

• Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

• Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

• Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

- Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, to include dating, proper storage, rotation, etc. 

- Maintain the basic food safety and sanitation in accordance with the company policies.

- Maintains good quality and presentation by follow the use record and recipes

- Look over to casual and assign them to do correct job.

(Theo dõi nhân viên hợp đồng ngắn hạn và hỗ trợ, giúp họ làm đúng, chính xác công việc)

- Report any hazard condition to supervisor or manager.

(Báo cáo ngay tổ trưởng viên hoặc bếp trưởng khi có hiện tượng mất an toàn thực phẩm)
