Uniform Supervisor/Giám sát Đồng phục

• Be educated, proactively train, and hold accountable staff on all safety standards and regulations regarding the use of machines, chemicals and physical safety while performing all duties.
• Assist in controlling departmental costs including labor, laundry supplies and cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the employees are of the highest standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory records on uniforms and cleaning supplies are kept
• Maintain unparalleled cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to enhance appearance and life of all uniform items, fixtures and equipment.
• Support the cleaning program to ensure top quality standards in training, performance, procedures, and productivity pertaining to all uniform services.
• Partner with the Housekeeping and Laundry staff to maintain quality work in all areas of employee services.
• Ensure that areas of responsibility are running efficient and effective at all times. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
• Makes sure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established security standards.
• Assist in training, motivating, and providing regular communication to the team to deliver top service with unmatched professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Help recommend personnel changes in assigned areas, promotion. Promotes a positive work environment that stimulates and motivates employees to acceptable levels of turnover, absenteeism, and promotions.
• Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations.

• Degree: College degree is required and Higher Education is preferred.
• Year experience: One – Two year experience working required.
• Skill: Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is preferred.
• Must have a well-groomed appearance.
• Solid and professional communication skills, both oral and written desired.
• Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented
• Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of chemical and cleaning supplies and techniques/equipment is encouraged.
• Computer skill: Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
• Others: Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift when required and highly adapt with high pressure.
