- In charge of managing the Apprenticeship program

- Develop business plan with forecast and budget for the program

- Secure hotel & restaurant partners to join our program

- Work with our partners to identify the positions required

- Participate in and organise “company” events such as employers’ forums, recruitment speed dating

- Recruit apprentice to match the requirements from our partners

- Prepare apprentice for their interviews (CV, cover letters, interview skills)

- Follow the progress of each apprentice throughout his contract with our partner

- Management of apprenticeship contracts. (labour agreements, apprenticeship calendars and training programs)

- Monitoring of KPIs such as Apprentice/Partner satisfaction, Number of apprenticeship contracts signed, number of partners developed secured

- Cooperate with trainers of CHM or hire new trainers to teach the courses in the program

- Supervise the trainers to make sure the quality of teaching meets our standard and the apprentices’outcomes are reached

- Work with marketing staff to develop marketing materials for the program

- Work with sales and marketing staff to develop marketing plan and to promote the program to potential partners and apprentices

- Meet B2B customers to promote cooperation and to become our partners

- Responsible for manpower planning and scheduling

- Work with Student Services to enhance apprentice experience

- Resolve academic, operational, and administrative matters as they arise

- Perform other duties and participate in activities as assigned by Academic Director

- Salary 20.000.000 - 23.000.000

- Provide working equipment

- Social insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance will be provided after 2 month's 

- Meal duty will be provided depend on Employee’s registration. Company will pay 15,000 VND/meal & Employee will pay 15,000 VND/meal. This amount will be calculated and collected end of every month

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in hospitality or related field

- English level of 6.5 or higher IELTS score

- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality or other service-related industry

- At least 3 years of experience as Manager or similar role

- At least 2 years of experience in training hospitality related skills

- Proven experience in managing a team
