FLC GRAND HOTEL HẠ LONG - ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (PHÓ TRƯỞNG BỘ PHẬN KINH DOANH VÀ TIẾP THỊ)

- Conduct sales calls to all existing and new corporate clients to increase awareness and establish supportive business relations

- Identify and seek out prospective clientele within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the hotel including accommodation and banqueting facilities.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and sales call reports.

- Attend weekly sales meetings to present action plan ahead and follow up on potential bookings or inquiries.

- Liaise closely with other departments to co-ordinate customer requests/ requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

- As directed, participate in sales trade shows conventions and promotional events within the industry.

- As directed, participate in sales activities including sales trips, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.

- Negotiate corporate room rates under the guidance of the Sales and Marketing Manager

- Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information.

- Organize and host hotel site inspections for potential clients.

- Entertain prospective and potential or supportive clients in hotel to strengthen business rapport.

- Maintain guest safety, security and confidentiality
