Engineer coach is primarily responsible for maintaining the building, grounds and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety, security, and asset protection. In addition, the role is accountable for vendor oversight and overall property preventative maintenance programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Over 03 years’ experience in hotel’s engineering operations, at least 01 year as Engineering Supervisor in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience

• Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field; certification of Engineering training courses a plus

• Fair written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English

• Ability to provide on the job training

• Proven hands-on experience in the engineering arena in a similar capacity with an attitude to deliver and have exceptional knowledge of latest trends in security measures

• Ability to offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail

• Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels

• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
