Mô tả công việc

Responsible for the day to day operation in areas relating to the Housekeeping Department and administering supervision for all Housekeeping staff, take inventories for Housekeeping supplies and Apartments supplies, record all stork and maintain control of issues.

Hằng ngày chịu trách nhiệm công việc và theo dõi sổ sách của bộ phận Quản gia, kiểm kê hàng của bộ phận và của căn hộ, ghi nhận và duy trì hàng trong kho.

1. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of apartments, public areas and back of the house areas.

Chịu trách nhiệm vấn đề vệ sinh và bảo trì căn hộ, khu công cộng và phía sau tòa nhà

2. Cleaning programs to be established in order to maintain cleanliness standards in public areas, apartment floors, back of house areas.

Có kế hoạch vệ sinh để duy trì vệ sinh theo tiêu chuẩn ở khu công cộng, hành lang các lầu, phía sau tòa nhà

3. Responsible for implementing ”on the job” training programs.

Có kế hoạch chương trình đào tạo tại chỗ

4. Check daily for maintenance work and follow up

Hằng ngày kiểm tra và theo dõi các phiếu yêu cầu sửa chữa

5. Knowledge of apartments set up, linen and inventories.

Hiểu biết cách trang trí căn hộ, khăn và đồ đạc.

6. Be familiar with all operating equipment and cleaning chemicals, so as to instruct staff as to its proper use

Am hiểu cách sử dụng các trang thiết bị và hóa chất tẩy rửa để hướng dẫn lại cho nhân viên Quản gia

7.Follow up and inspect on all outside contractor’ work e.g. pest control, gardening, public areas

Theo dõi và kiểm tra các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ như phun thuốc côn trùng, cây cảnh, vệ sinh khu cộng cộng,…

8. Prepare Housekeeping attendant roster monthly.

Soạn lịch trực tháng cho nhân viên Quản gia

9. To perform any other duties as required by the Management.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Ban Quản lý

Yêu cầu công việc

-Graduation: College -Hospitality Management

-Good in English communication/Giao Tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.

-At least 2 years working as Housekeeping Manager in Hotel/Apartment Service /Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh việc Căn Hộ, Khách Sạn.

-Good knowledge in Ms Office ( Word,Excel, Power Point)/ Thông thạo vi tính văn phòng.
