Job Description

Lead and manage the sales team, optimize resources and able to train and upskill these, as well as setting overall and individual sales targets
Responsible for the management of direct and indirect distribution channels, and the optimization of these
Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue
Monitor sales, and report periodically
Initiate sales activities
Manage contact and network with clients resulting into enhanced business
Ensure price structure optimization
Achieve sales target as assigned by General Manager to ensure total revenue
Systematize guest feedback on service and product quality
Build relationships with potential and past clients
Maintain customer database and use it proactively for additional sales
