Mô tả công việc
• To manage Sales Team under a supervision of Head of Sales & Marketing in order to achieve a target MICE, Banquet revenue;
• Identifies market needs and trends;
• Assists the Head Of Sales & Marketing/ Food & Beverage Manager with the preparation of the annual operating budget together with the Food & Beverage Manager
• Monitors and analyze the menus and products of the competitors;
• Develops menus, meeting package, coffee breaks and meeting set up with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director/Manager which meet the needs of the market;
• Find and develop new client for corporate events or personal function;
• Provide strategies and execute the sales plan (sales call visitation, etc.) of products and services to potential client;
• Plan and organizing function from start to finish according to requirements from clients or target audience and objectives;
• Ensure all events run smoothly and problems rectified at the soonest;
• Providing sales and lead reports. Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports to supervisors;

Yêu cầu công việc
• College or bachelor degree from an accredited in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
• A minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry; 3 years in a similar position
• Proven records of corporate/wholesales strategy development, sales achievements and guest satisfaction
• Good understanding of corporate/wholesales key accounts and seasons
• Able to understand and prepare proposals and contracts for all market segments
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts
• Creative, well organized, willing to work under high pressure
• Strategic planning skills
• Analytic ability
• Good management skills
• Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills
• Good computer skill (Word, excel, powerpoint,...)
