Mô tả công việc

• 1. Oversee day-to-day operation at the Bell service.

• To arrive at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the associate handbook.

• To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, fitness, and other properties.

• Attend daily briefing and keep up to date information to subordinates related to the hotel service.

• Attend training and meetings as required.

• To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.

• Report health, safety, and security hazards to the Duty Manager and/or Manager on Duty.

• Ensure lobby area is clean and tidy at all times.

• To greet and acknowledge all guests.

• To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.

• Conduct room orientation.

• To assist guest with the luggage both check in and check out.

• To provide the luggage storage service for guest.

• To deliver any message, fax and other items to the guest room within 15 minutes.

• Assisting guests who require special attention.

• To monitoring all Guest Service Agent to follow through our standard.

• To perform the evaluation for subordinates and give them the right feedback to improve their performance. Provide associate coaching and counseling, support and guidance as required.

• To arrange the shift schedule for all members of Bellman and Driver as well as arranging manpower to ensure the day to day operation is smooth.

• Oversee the personal hygiene and grooming standards of department associates as outlined in the associate handbook.

• Ensure yourself and associates are up to date with current facts of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets.

• Offer information and services where appropriate.

• To recommend an interesting sightseeing and shopping areas.

• Thank customers and invite our guests to return.

• Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift checklist prior to the end of shift.

• Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Manager and member of The Management.

• Lack of hotel and city information

• Wrong information given to the customer
