Store Officer

The position is responsible for importing and exporting goods, assisting with inventory

Primary Responsibilities

Custodian of all assets in the store

• Ensure that store is tidy and clean and goods are systematically arranged

• Arranges, stacks, tags goods in store in a neat and orderly manner.

• Ensures proper storage conditions for the goods

• Re-order stock when stock levels fall below minimum levels.

• Assist in the monthly physical inventory.

• Report any suspicious behaviour to Store Supervisor

• To perform other tasks or assignments given by the Store Supervisor

Records daily details of all issues from requisition vouchers on MC System

• Check incoming goods against Invoice / Delivery Order for correct quantity and quality

• Records daily details of all receipts from receipt documents onto MC system

• Transfer archives to supervisor for inspection

Other Job

• Support in checking goods for month-end closing

• Cooperate with all departments regarding the issuing of store

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in college graduation or above

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and MC System
