Executive Chef (URGENT)

GENERAL MISSIONS:

Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động Bếp.

Control and manage the entire kitchen’s operations.

Đào tạo xây dựng nhân lực kế thừa cho khách sạn.

Build up successor manpower for the hotel.

Xây dựng, duy trì mối quan hệ tốt, tích cực các bộ phận khác trong khách sạn.

Build up and maintain good and positive relationships with other departments in the hotel.

Có trách nhiệm giám sát và quản lý sản phầm đầu vào về mặt số lượng, chất lượng, phối hợp với Kế toán kiểm soát giá thành.

Be responsible for supervising and managing of coming goods in terms of quantity, quality and coordinate with Accounting Department in management of selling price.

* Staff house/ Nhà ở nhân viên. 

• Degree/ Diploma of Hospitality, Business Administration preferred.

Ưu tiên có bằng cấp/chứng chỉ Quản lý khách sạn, Quản trị Kinh doanh.

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position.

3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
