Giám Đốc Tài chính - Financial Controller

- Ensuring that the hotels and resorts’s integrity of the ledgers of the company is maintained.

- Producing monthly administration accounts and monitoring the diverse aspects the operation style of a company.

- Producing the statutory accounts and maintaining a permanent asset register.

- Assisting in the job of producing and developing business budgets of all hotels and resorts.

- Managing the staff of accounts dept and seeking improvements within the information systems of a company.

- Identifying the training requirements present within a department and making appropriate proposals for action.

- Identifying and evaluating the areas for development of profits keeping the cost reductions as well as methodology in mind.

- Ensuring the Quality policies as well as safety principles of the company are in keeping with the requirements of the department.

- Developing a customer based approach towards the in-house client base.

- Graduated from university majoring in Business Administration/Finance & Accounting

- Having MBA/ACCA/CPA certifications is a plus.

- Having 15 years of experience in finance & accounting and at least 5 years in similar positions such as Financial Controller/Finance Director

- Prioritize working in hotel industry

- Experience in hotel management company is preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of financial compliance standards, Vietnamese and international accounting standards.

- General knowledge of human resource management (managing people, developing relationships), knowledge of team leadership and coordination of work and resources.
