Mô tả công việc

The Private Residences Sales Project Manager will be in charge of commercializing our Residence Villa Pool and therefore will be requested to lead the following tasks:

- Managing Residences sales process, acting as timeline owner & project leader

- Coordinating internal relevant departments as well as external agents and real estate agencies

- Actively developing commercial partnerships with new sales partners

- Gathering & initiating contacts with customer leads

- Following-up on agencies requests, coordinating potential leads inquiries & visit plans

- Ensuring pre-sales & post-sale services (contract negotiation & finalization, customization requests, move-in plan, and any other customer requests)

- Reporting on conducted activities on a weekly basis

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Remuneration: Fix + Variable on Residences Sales, negotiable, based on profile, capabilities and experience

- Consulting or part-time contract (6 months, renewable based on performance and market conditions)

- Reporting to Group’s Finance Director

- Requiring frequent traveling between HCMC, Hanoi and the Zannier property in Phu Yen province (Song Cau district)

- Traveling costs will be taken in charge

Yêu cầu công việc

- Strong experience in the real estate field

- Interest in hospitality and real estate – an experience in hospitality industry is a plus

- Good knowledge of real estate law basics

- Customer-centered mindset

- Fluent English and Vietnamese

- Vietnamese nationals preferred
