Tax Officer ( Based HCM)

Compliance work: Support Tax Manager in

• Coordinating with Consulting Vendor to prepare Tax returns (FCT, PIT, SST, CIT, VAT)
• Submitting the company tax returns, payment, reports and maintain the company’s tax database
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Tax Manager
• Working with accounting team to manage input and output VAT invoices
• Researching tax laws.
• Ensuring that tax returns are filed in accordance with tax law.
• Keeping up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends and support manager to provide tax update to relevant person department Capture the information about the resort including restaurants, tournaments, golf course maintenance schedules and etc. to provide our customers in a timely manner;
• Participate in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broaden the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community;
• Perform side work duties as assigned;
• Keep yourself well-groomed, clean and tidy at all times;
• Keep supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints;
• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies

• Degree in Bachelor of Finance or Accounting is required
• Must have at least 2 years in tax reporting/accounting
• Hospitality or construction experience preferred
• Thoroughness, attention to detail
• Excellent computing skills, particularly with MS Office products.
• Good English in speaking & writing
