SALES COORDINATOR

Job Description

• Correspond and process reservations with potential customers to sell hotel products from email, hotline, OTA, travel agent, and other sources.

• Complete necessary sales documents such as quotations, contracts and email correspondence promptly.

• Manage all related documents (both hard and soft copy), and maintain customer database accurately to maintain sales records.

• Prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

• Telesales, sales calls and emails to potential clients as assigned in order to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Manage contact and network to build relationships with potential and past clients to enhance business

• Redirect all necessary information of VIP/FIT/group to all departments and maintaining a high standard of communication with all departments.

• Sell hotel rooms according to room availability, appropriate Room Rates or Corporate Rates that are applicable to Companies.

Job Requirement

• Experienced within reservations or sales in hospitality and tourism industry

• Excellent in spoken and written English

• Self-driven, pro-active and interested in learning new skills.

• Marketing experience is a plus

• Word, Excel, Power Point skills are required.
