Human Resources Intern

Involve in HR daily operation as assigned, including:

• Employee Time & Attendance Management via system.
• Assist in prepares reports such as employee attendance, new hire, turnover reports, and others. 
• Assist in onboarding tracker, ensure that candidates are following the proper steps in the hiring process and enhance new hire employee experience
• Assists in special HR events and special projects, as needed
• Assists with filing and scanning personnel files
• Schedules and organizes appointments; take minutes during departmental meetings
• Assist with data interpretation, analysis and reporting as assigned
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree in related field required with preferred Majors: Business, Human Resources, Economics
• Prior related office in Corporate or Operation environment experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated desire and ability to advance in the Human Resource Department.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and Canva
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language, communicating clearly and effectively
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image in the Company working environment
• Confident, diplomatic, sensitive and adaptable to the company working cultures.
• Superior accuracy skills.
