Mô tả công việc

Be responsible the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the Resort including restaurants, bar, kitchen opertions, catering and banquet operations
Ensures all employees is properly trained on quality and service standards in order to improve the quality and the creativity of F&B Department
Makes suggestions for service, food and F&B promotion improvement
Takes part in the F&B resort strategy with implementation of all marketing plan
Provides a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting strategic goals

Diploma or degree in hospitality, food & beverage , professional hospitality degree or hositality management school
At least 3 year experiencebass as a Director of F&B, resort or large scale Restaurant environment
