Mô tả công việc

- Main Responsibilities

• Follow the company's brand standards and code of business conduct.

• Keep informed of the company's values and ideal conduct. Act accordingly.

• Pursue the operational goal by carrying out all assignments tasked by a senior employee.

• Attend necessary training sessions as required by a training manager in accordance with

any training plans.

• Follow the hotel's credit sale policies faithfully.

• Manage receivables and collections. Report relevant general information to senior employees.

• Coordinate with, and provide support for, customers and other departments on all general

matters concerning credit sales, handling receivables, and credit sale requests. Maintain

constant communication until the work is completed.

• Maintain constant contact with the person in charge to manage long-term credit accounts.

• Monitor the terms for special rates given to groups and convention customers. If

necessary, report, accommodate and manage customer requests.

• Review the details on all receivables on a daily basis to issue invoices with accuracy. If

necessary, edit data after the report and finish the task.

• Monitor, and provide support for, all collection activities for credit accounts on default.

• Review the details on bad credit and write an analysis report on the probability of collection

to determine the monthly provisions to cover bad credit.

• Respond to the credit-related questions from other departments in relation to credit

accounts. Provide necessary support.

• Provide necessary support for each workplace in their management of credit sales and

collection from customers with outstanding balance.

• Write month-end credit analysis reports. Keep a record of all minutes from various credit

sales-related meetings.

• Estimate the month-end receivables and adjust the provisions to cover bad credit.

• Hold monthly credit sales-related meetings with related departments to monitor and discuss

major agenda items including monthly performance, bad debt and employee accounts with

outstanding balance.

• Provide necessary support for related departments so that they can manage accurately, and

in a timely manner, all accounting and management plans concerning long-term credit accounts.

• Provide necessary support for the safe and confidential storage of all contracts and

accounting records.

• Develop and maintain work-related expert knowledge and technical competency.

• Follow L7 WEST LAKE HANOI's standards and local accounting rules. Employ work processes which fulfill the regional accounting standards.

- People-Management

• Provide necessary support so that personnel management plans are created and managed

for the department.

• Supplement staff in accordance with the company's hiring standards.

• Create training programs including an orientation session for new employees.

• Monitor and evaluate employees in such a way that their work performance is customer-oriented.

• Analyze the need for employee training. Design and run training programs accordingly.

• Ensure a smooth transfer of duties by managing general work processes.

• Evaluate employees based on the company's evaluation standards.

• Enhance employee performance by providing constructive feedback through coaching and

training.

- Self-Management

• Follow hotel rules and regulations written in the Employment Rules.

• Follow the company's dress code.

• Follow work hours and vacation regulations.

• Actively get involved in training and self-improvement programs. Maximize opportunities for

self-improvement.

- Health, Safety and Security

• Keep informed of, and put into practice, all company policies and protocols concerning

health, sanitation and fire safety.

• Keep informed of emergency protocols.

• Record and respond to general safety incidents or emergencies. Report to senior employees immediately.

Supportive Roles

- Promote a smooth operation and cooperation when working jointly with other departments.

- Represent Lotte Hotel's service standards to all customers and provide them with distinguished

services.

- Respond to customer requests promptly and with accuracy.

- Predict customer needs and strive to resolve complaints.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge concerning hotel services in communicating with customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

- Experience: 5 or more years of management experience

- Credentials: Specialized certificates preferred

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Must possess a good knowledge of international and regional accounting laws and standards

- Must have a general understanding of generating and processing revenue. Must have an

understanding of the processes involved in credit management.

- Must have an accurate understanding of L7 WEST LAKE HANOI's financial policies. Must be able to communicate well with the head office.

- Must have excellent communication skills with workers. Must be able to receive instructions and

make reports with accuracy.

- Must be able to run an organization efficiently based on employee strengths.

- Must have a global mindset and be fluent in foreign languages
