Reservation Supervisor

• Assist the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department and managing telephone, fax and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

• To ensure team members are developed effectively, maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, and generate a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts.

• Assist reservation Manager to check bookings before arrival date, any inaccuracies must be adjusted on the bookings and in the system.

• Have a full working knowledge and ability to supervise, train, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks, in assigned place of work, accordingly to the standards as set.

• To generate daily reservation reports as required.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.
